In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Platform" means the 277bad website at 277bad.org and all associated pages, features, services, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
- "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
- "277bad" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the 277bad online entertainment platform.
- "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered Account. If 277bad identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all duplicate accounts may be suspended or permanently closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 277bad's sole discretion.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 277bad will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. 3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 277bad accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT through the following approved channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at 277bad's discretion.
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. 277bad reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts or across the Platform generally.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the technical capabilities of that method. 3.4 Bonus Funds & Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings.
3.5 Transaction Responsibility. Players are responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal details provided are accurate. 277bad accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrect payment details submitted by the player.
4.1 277bad may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other promotional incentives. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
4.2 General Bonus Conditions. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, household, device, and IP address.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 277bad Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
- Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
- Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, influence game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.

Upon account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
11.2 Closure by 277bad. 277bad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) 277bad has reason to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) required verification documentation has not been provided; or (d) 277bad is required to do so by a legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation.
